that is available for longer term lets between October and March.

Petite Merle was originally built in the 14th Century with stone and colombage, and beams from the ships which came in from South America to Bordeaux. It has been carefully restored by its present owners and includes all modern amenities. All on one level, there is an open plan room at the front where there is a comfortable relaxing area with soft furnishings set around a large woodburning stove, a dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is 1 double bedroom with dressing area and en suite shower room. The property comfortably accommodates two adults and a cot is available for infants. Satellite TV and a VCR are supplied.

Petite Merle has its own entrance and driveway, garden with large oak and lime trees and washing line. Outside there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs, a lovely place to have a coffee and catch the morning sunshine.
